About the Role

Corpay is seeking a Middle Office Associate for its Cross Borders division in London. This role supports transaction monitoring, AML, KYC, and client onboarding through due diligence and client service, reporting to the Sr. Manager of FXEM Middle/Back Office Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor pending settlements and coordinate escalations.
  • Monitor and manage incoming transaction-related emails.
  • Respond to routine inquiries and acknowledge requests promptly.
  • Track unresolved items and ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate and follow up with banking partners on outstanding items.
  • Maintain accurate records of communications and escalations.
  • Escalate urgent issues to management.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client or banking inquiries.
  • Ensure adherence to company procedures, service levels, and compliance standards.
  • Support process improvement initiatives for inbox management and banking communications.
  • Support client onboarding for the Emerging Market desk.
  • Maintain timely access to KYC documentation.
  • Maintain up-to-date onboarding requirements for different client categories and entities.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders for onboarding resources.
  • Support clients and internal stakeholders with necessary documentation.
  • Handle or escalate new requests during onboarding until client setup.
  • Manage the KYC refresh process.
  • Propose new processes to accelerate client onboarding turnaround time.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a back office and/or onboarding compliance officer.
  • Experience within a Financial Institution.
  • Experience dealing with banks and fintechs.
  • Knowledge of Swift and Salesforce is ideal.
  • Good command of Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Interest in interacting with clients globally.
  • Knowledge of a foreign language is a strong plus, particularly French.
