About the Role
The Golf Cart Attendant must have excellent listening skills and an eagerness to provide exceptional service. This role requires a safety-minded and focused individual with strong attention to detail, who can work well under pressure and in high-stress situations. Alertness and focus on tasks for prolonged periods are essential, along with excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and service the carts before and in between guest uses
- Instruct guests on how to properly operate the golf carts
- Assign golf carts to guests
- Inspect golf carts upon guest returns
- Clean and sanitize carts
- Report damages to the office staff
Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Must have a valid driver's license
- 100% attendance
- Must be able to sit, stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to communicate with staff and guests clearly
- Comfortable being near people of all ages and genders
- The employee must frequently lift or move items over fifty pounds
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
- Must have an All-Hands-On-Deck mindset and be willing to complete tasks outside of usual job duties with enthusiasm
