About the Role
We are looking for a Commercial Planning Manager to join the Parcels Planning team. This role is central to planning, forecasting, and trading the Parcels business. You will design planning methodologies, forecasting frameworks, and analytical approaches to translate commercial goals into evidence-based plans, partnering with Data Scientists to guide business direction and ensure robust planning foundations for growth. This role focuses on transforming commercial planning through statistical modeling, causal analysis, AI-assisted workflows, and automation to create a faster, more accurate, and scalable planning capability. We are seeking candidates with practical experience using AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini to improve budgeting, forecasting, planning, or analytical processes, such as enhancing forecast accuracy, automating variance analysis, or generating planning commentary.
