About the Role

Join the Alternatives Manager Research team as an Analyst, contributing to the investment process and supporting senior management. This role involves maintaining the research database and conducting due diligence for fund investments and transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the Alternatives Manager Research team with responsibilities throughout the investment process.
  • Maintain the research database.
  • Act as a key member of deal teams, conducting due diligence and drafting investment memos for fund investments and transactions (e.g., co-investments and secondaries).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance or related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience, preferably in finance.
  • Analytical skills (both quantitative and qualitative).
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently under time pressure in a fast-paced environment with special attention to detail.
  • Internship in investment banking, management consulting or financial services firm is a plus.
  • May be required to disclose prior political contributions.
