About the Role
Independence Title is seeking an Escrow Support/Front Desk professional to manage receptionist duties, assist with customer file setup, maintain office supplies, and support Escrow teams. The role requires creating a positive company image through professional conduct and appearance.
Responsibilities
- Perform all receptionist responsibilities including answering phones, greeting visitors, lobby set-up, and processing deliveries and mail.
- Assist with opening new customer/client files in the database system.
- Manage office supplies and maintain the work/copy room.
- Provide support to Escrow teams as needed.
Requirements
- A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of one year of administrative experience is required.
- Experience in the real estate industry is preferred (title/escrow/real estate/property management).
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
- Must be able to work at the specified location.
