  • Build and maintain a value-driven roadmap; make transparent trade-offs using data, risk, and opportunity sizing.
  • Translate business and customer needs into structured epics, features, and user stories with measurable acceptance criteria.
  • Prioritize and groom the backlog with cross-functional partners to maximise impact within capacity and constraints.
  • Partner with Engineering and Design to evaluate solution options (including API/microservices patterns) and ensure technical feasibility and scalability.
  • Define success metrics (OKRs/KPIs); track product performance and iterate to improve adoption, quality, and customer outcomes.
  • Lead discovery with clients and internal stakeholders; facilitate workshops to clarify problems, scope, dependencies, and risks.
  • Drive operational readiness (support, training, operational runbooks) and change adoption for new features and releases.
  • Identify compliance, security, and operational resilience needs early; ensure releases meet regulatory and service quality standards.
  • Communicate progress, decisions, and learnings clearly to executives and teams; escalate with clear options when needed.

Requirements

  • Experience in Product management in agile cross-functional environments delivering digital products.
  • Demonstrate ability to define vision, create and prioritise roadmaps, and deliver measurable outcomes against OKRs/KPIs.
  • Strong requirements skills (features/epics/stories) and the ability to translate customer problems into testable, outcome‑oriented acceptance criteria.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across executives, engineering, and customer facing teams.
  • Experience with API-first products, microservices, and cloud platforms.
  • Knowledge of the payments/fintech domain and associated regulatory considerations.
