About the Role

iCapital is seeking a motivated Product Manager to oversee the development of our Distributed Ledger Technology platform. This role involves addressing complex industry problems related to Alternative Investment data workflows and aims to achieve scale and efficiency across business processes. The position offers the opportunity to utilize the latest technologies and innovative solutions within an agile, collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

Lead product efforts for new business initiatives from ideation through delivery.
Develop the strategic roadmap and lead the direction of product data models and APIs.
Present and communicate with executive management, providing status updates.
Resolve issues regarding resource allocation and manage stakeholder expectations.
Mentor the team through coaching and leading by example.
Develop a strong understanding of business impacts and manage concurrent requests.
Manage client integrations and oversee team execution for flawless implementation.
Ensure API performance and client connectivity meet high standards.
Maintain awareness of the competitive landscape (business, legal, compliance).
Contribute to the team and company mission beyond the product realm.

Requirements

6-10+ years of experience in Product Management in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Exceptionally strong organizational and communication skills.
Proven track record of managing technical teams and strategic initiatives.
Demonstrated influence in partnerships with colleagues, teams, and clients.
Excellent communicator, comfortable engaging with executive management.
Strong technical background and understanding; ability to design and implement strategic API functionalities at scale.
Natural problem solver driven to push initiatives to conclusions.
Critical thinker comfortable with the unknown.
Willingness to dig deep, analyze, and understand how things work.
Data analysis experience required, with an emphasis on SQL and developing API integrations.
Strong interpersonal skills capable of building relationships to gain buy-in and achieve business results.
History of customer-centric focus with quick and thoughtful problem-solving abilities.
