About the Role
Mad Engine Global is seeking a detail-oriented Domestic Production Supervisor to manage end-to-end domestic production processes. This role ensures timely execution of orders, maintains quality standards, and supports high-volume programs across mass-market retail and licensed apparel.
Responsibilities
- Manage domestic production orders from inquiry through final delivery.
- Track production timelines to ensure on-time delivery of all components.
- Maintain and update WIP reports and production trackers.
- Coordinate sample flow and production milestones including proto, SMS, and TOP approvals.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities in daily operations.
- Communicate daily with domestic vendors and factories to monitor status and resolve issues.
- Manage relationships with local manufacturers to ensure quality and compliance.
- Follow up on purchase orders, production updates, and shipping schedules.
- Partner with licensing and separations teams to troubleshoot art issues.
- Provide production updates and delivery visibility to sales and planning teams.
- Coordinate with compliance teams to meet company and retailer standards.
- Maintain accurate production data in ERP systems.
- Generate reports on production status and vendor performance.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce delays.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in apparel production management or sourcing.
- Strong understanding of production calendars, garment construction, and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems.
- Ability to visit printing partners for inspection and production planning.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Must be able to commute to or relocate to Etobicoke, ON.
