About the Role

We are seeking a senior technical leader to oversee our global DevOps and Customer Support functions. This role involves setting strategy, building and leading a distributed team, and ensuring the reliable operation of infrastructure and services across all time zones. It is a hands-on leadership position requiring architectural thinking, technical expertise, team mentoring, and shaping delivery processes.

Responsibilities

Lead cloud infrastructure across development, staging, and production environments.
Own the DevOps roadmap and align it with product and engineering requirements.
Manage global support operations, establish quality metrics, and ensure contractual support obligations are met for all products.
Supervise DevOps engineers and Customer Success administrators.
Coach, develop, and retain a high-performing global team.
Manage infrastructure and support budgets.
Optimize cloud costs and effectively allocate resources across functions.

Requirements

4+ years of hands-on DevOps experience.
Strong Linux, Windows, and network management skills.
Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
M.S. degree preferred.
Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and container-based deployment.
Proficiency in Python and JavaScript, especially in scientific or technical contexts.
Experience with CI/CD tooling such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Terraform.
Demonstrated ability to lead distributed teams.
Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
