About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Enablement Lead to own the onboarding and continuous development of our Customer & Product Support team, ensuring they possess the product fluency needed to confidently triage, troubleshoot, and resolve complex customer questions. This role also involves partnering with the Product Enablement lead to prepare the broader Revenue organization to effectively speak to, demo, and sell new releases, and owning technical knowledge such as security, infosec, and integrations across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Design and own end-to-end onboarding and continuous training for the Support team, focusing on product functionality, integration, and troubleshooting in customer contexts.
  • Define escalation paths, workflows, and troubleshooting best practices to improve client troubleshooting, escalation, and implementations.
  • Partner with the Product Enablement lead and cross-functional teams to translate new releases into field-ready enablement for the Revenue organization, managing multiple launches.
  • Own security and infosec enablement across the organization, translating policies, compliance requirements, and data security concepts into playbooks and training.
  • Work with App Specialists and PMM to improve connector and implementation knowledge and processes to drive connector adoption and usage.
  • Build and maintain internal product knowledge bases, playbooks, and guides for reps.
  • Coach reps and help them apply knowledge to real scenarios to improve the customer experience.
  • Track knowledge through assessments and performance metrics; identify gaps, iterate, and continuously improve time-to-ramp.
