From friendly and competent advice to 'booking completed': Our reservations team ensures happy guests from the first to the last moment. We are looking for you to support this department as a Reservation Agent.
Responsibilities
- You are responsible for accepting and processing individual reservations.
- You are well-organized and coordinate work easily, even when the phone rings and emails arrive simultaneously.
- Your charming manner is your hallmark, and you ensure that every booking has a touch of magic.
- You love to sell, sell, sell.
Requirements
- You have initial experience in the hotel or travel agency industry and speak fluent English.
- You love being a host and salesperson with passion.
- You are familiar with the city and always have insider tips ready.
