Responsibilities

Manage dynamic digital project teams focused on creating innovative software and technology-driven business strategies.
Guide client corporations across various industries in revolutionizing their business models with solutions like Big Data, GenAI, cloud, digital platform solutions, nextGen ERP, and IoT.
Ensure seamless execution and delivery of all projects.
Analyze client needs, conduct strategic due diligence, drive and oversee data analyses.
Develop and present feasible business recommendations for technology- and digital-enabled innovation and growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
Guide clients through their strategic business challenges and digital and tech transformation journeys.
Empower and mentor junior colleagues, providing guidance, apprenticeship, and feedback for their development.
Serve as a content lead for digital and tech topics, contributing to BCG's intellectual capital and thought leadership.
Advance BCG's practice and reinforce its position as a leader in digital innovation and strategy consulting.
Lead projects that shape the future of technology and foster personal and professional growth in a supportive environment.

Requirements

Several years of experience at a leading strategy consulting firm, specializing in technology and digital strategy engagements.
Experience in strategic tech/IT roles in the industry or leading a tech start-up is also valued.
Proven ability to lead teams and manage projects to successful completion.
Foster collaboration, guide teams through challenges, and celebrate achievements.
Keep projects on track and clients engaged.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear, persuasive narratives.
Ability to articulate ideas effectively in client presentations and written reports.
A knack for building strong, lasting client relationships.
Act as a trusted advisor, providing support and guidance for project success and partnership flourishing.
Flexibility and ability to deconstruct and resolve complex challenges.
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills to develop project strategies.
Ability to craft creative and effective solutions.
Fluent in both German and English to bridge cultures and connect ideas effectively across global teams.
