About the Role
Join the Multicloud Network team at Cisco to build a new product from the ground up. This role involves being the technical voice of the product to customers, partners, and the field, influencing the product roadmap, and working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the technical narrative, shaping how customers and the market understand our value.
- Build and deliver hands-on demos and proof-of-concept environments.
- Lead customer engagements, executive briefings, and technical presentations.
- Create field- and customer-facing technical collateral, including solution briefs, white papers, deployment guides, and competitive positioning documents.
- Influence the product roadmap by translating customer feedback, competitive analysis, and industry trends into actionable input.
- Develop training materials and enablement content to scale product knowledge.
- Work cross-functionally with engineers and PMs to refine the product, validate use cases, and drive launches.
Requirements
- Bachelors + 8 years of related experience, or Masters + 6 years of related experience, or PhD + 3 years of related experience, or equivalent related work experience.
- Solid hands-on experience with networking fundamentals.
- Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Demonstrated ability to engage customers and present to both technical and business audiences.
- Track record of building demos, POC environments, or lab setups.
- Strong technical writing skills with experience producing white papers, solution briefs, or deployment guides.
- Prior experience as a Technical Marketing Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Systems Engineer.

- $168,800.00 - $241,200.00 (US/Canada)
- $168,800.00 - $277,400.00 (New York City Metro Area)
- $148,800.00 - $248,200.00 (Non-Metro New York state & Washington state)
