About the Role

Support the growth of Haleon's long tail brands portfolio across digital commerce platforms by improving digital shelf content, social commerce content, and platform-fit creatives to drive visibility, engagement, and conversion. You will work closely with the Digital Commerce team to ensure all brands have strong and shopper-relevant content online.

Responsibilities

  • Audit and update product listings (titles, descriptions, images) across platforms.
  • Ensure all long tail brands have complete and optimized digital shelf content.
  • Coordinate with the trade marketing team to gather product information.
  • Create briefs for agencies for product content creation.
  • Review agency-produced content and provide feedback based on branding guidelines and strategy.
  • Support uploading and maintaining product assets in seller centers.
  • Assist in developing e-commerce and social commerce content (images, short videos, banners).
  • Adapt assets into platform-fit formats (e.g., vertical video for TikTok).
  • Help create content briefs aligned with brand messaging and campaign goals.
  • Support execution of campaign content requirements for long tail brands.
  • Track content deliverables across campaigns and BAU activities.
  • Assist in maintaining the content and campaign calendar.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (brand, trade marketing, d-commerce team content, agencies).
  • Support alignment of content requirements, timelines, and approvals.
  • Assist in ensuring all content meets brand and compliance guidelines.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong interest in e-commerce, content creation, or social commerce.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and Tiktok is a plus.
  • Basic skills in content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, etc.).
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
  • Proactive, creative, and eager to learn.
