About the Role
ABC Supply, the nation's largest distributor of exterior and interior building products, is seeking a motivated Warehouse Material Handler to join its team. Be part of a company that recognizes your talents, rewards your efforts, and helps you reach your full potential.
Responsibilities
- Receive materials
- Pull orders for walk-in customers
- Operate forklifts
- Load products onto delivery trucks
- Maintain a clean and efficient warehouse
- Respond to calls from the sales floor in a timely and professional manner
- Complete pick ticket orders
- Unload/receive all OTR deliveries
- Pull and stage orders for each company delivery truck
- Perform rotating loading or unloading duties as assigned on a daily basis
- Provide excellent customer service
- Double check all loads for accuracy and ensure they are secured for delivery
- Operate forklifts safely and responsibly
- Treat all customers and coworkers in a helpful and professional manner
- Assist with delivery of materials to customers or jobsites
- Perform delivery functions including unloading and staging of product at jobsites as assigned
- Perform all duties safely
Requirements
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 75-100 pounds consistently
