About the Role
Accenture Consulting is seeking Organization/HR Reform Consultants to address various challenges faced by Japanese companies, including labor force acquisition, generational succession, next-generation executive development, global talent acquisition, and employee satisfaction improvement. Consultants will provide organizational/HR reform consulting from a management perspective, identifying necessary elements for client transformation and supporting the execution of reform plans. This role offers opportunities to develop consulting methodologies, specialized knowledge in organizational/HR domains, and the passion and ability to achieve transformation. Leveraging a global network, advanced know-how, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams in Digital, Technology, and Operations, consultants will deliver optimal solutions as true business partners. Responsibilities
- Provide organizational/HR reform consulting from a management perspective, tailored to client positioning and challenges.
- Identify missing pieces for client transformation and support the execution of reform plans.
- Engage in global HR transformation, including concept planning for global talent management and support for platform construction/implementation.
- Lead work style reform, culture reform, and employee engagement improvement initiatives.
- Support global deployment of workforce planning/assignment planning.
- Develop and execute strategies for revitalizing internal human resources and nurturing designated talent.
- Plan and execute programs for developing young employees.
Requirements
- University degree or higher.
- Consulting experience or significant project management experience.
- Experience in projects related to organizational/HR reform or business process improvement.
- High expertise in HR or talent development domains.
- Experience in building global talent management platforms.
- Experience with HR systems such as Workday or SuccessFactors.
- Experience in planning and executing organizational and cultural reforms.
- Experience in global projects using English.
- Experience in proposing, planning, and implementing cloud services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) solutions.
