About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Intern - Retail, you will support new and existing store recruitment initiatives across the UK, gaining hands-on TA experience in a fast-paced, beauty-driven environment and delivering exceptional experiences.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the sourcing and screening of candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Supporting the coordination and administration of the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, and updating candidate pipelines.
• Collaborating with hiring managers to ensure timely communication and a smooth candidate experience.
• Helping prepare onboarding materials and assisting with induction sessions to ensure a seamless new starter experience.
• Playing a key role in enhancing our candidate experience, ensuring every interaction reflects Sephora’s values and culture.
• Supporting employer branding efforts, including content creation, careers-site updates, social-media storytelling, and campus/early careers initiatives.
• Conducting research on market trends, competitor best practices, and emerging TA tools to support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• A proactive approach with an eagerness to learn and contribute ideas.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Occasional travel in the UK may be required to supporting hiring and recruitment events off-site.
• Must hold valid right-to-work status for the UK for the duration of the internship.
