About the Role
Lead the enterprise data, business systems, and analytics capabilities supporting revenue integrity, operational performance, and executive-level reporting. Build scalable governance, quote-to-cash data integrity, business intelligence, and Salesforce CPQ platform processes.
Responsibilities
- Define and enforce enterprise data standards across product, customer, revenue, and financial domains.
- Establish and drive product data management governance workflows for product creation, change, and end of life.
- Own end-to-end data integrity across the quote-to-cash cycle, including compliance across Kinetic, Salesforce, and RightRev.
- Build system-level data quality measures and key performance indicators.
- Lead the business intelligence platform and analytics capability for reporting.
- Own Salesforce platform strategy, configuration governance, CPQ architecture, and integration governance.
- Develop data quality engineering, forward deployed engineering, business intelligence, and data stewardship capabilities.
Requirements
- 13+ years’ progressive experience in data, systems, operations, or related leadership roles.
- 8+ years’ experience managing and developing multi-discipline technical teams.
- Deep quote-to-cash domain expertise across CPQ, ERP, billing, and revenue recognition workflows.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ, a major ERP (e.g., Epicor Kinetic, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle), and a revenue recognition platform strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to lead through influence across executive stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation, process improvement, collaboration, and customer service orientation skills.
- Ability to manage scorecards, action plans, and large-scale cross-functional initiatives.
