About the Role

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking top-caliber Physical Therapists to join our team in the Middletown and surrounding communities in Connecticut. We are pioneers of Geriatric House Calls™, providing 1:1 physical therapy services to older adults to abolish ageism, drive rewarding patient outcomes, and facilitate clinically-excellent autonomous interventions. Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy services in a 1:1 setting.
Drive rewarding patient outcomes.
Facilitate clinically-excellent autonomous interventions.
Create, control, and alter your treatment schedule.
Be a part of an Interdisciplinary approach by a therapy team focused on functional outcomes.

Requirements

Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply.
Degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
Basic computer literacy skills.
Current CPR certification.

$70,000 - $120,000 annually for Full-Time roles in Connecticut (pro-rated for Part-Time and FOX Flex)
