Requirements

• Proven experience leading Data Engineering teams within modern cloud environments.
• Deep experience designing and managing modern data warehouses and analytics engineering environments.
• A strong understanding of data governance, quality, lineage, and operational best practice.
• The ability to influence stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
• A track record of raising engineering standards and developing high-performing teams.
