About the Role

Provide product and implementation expertise to clients, understanding their business requirements, and configuring and testing the Financial Management solution. You will take direction from and provide status to the Engagement Manager.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert in the Financial Management product suite.
• Understand client business requirements, configure the solution, demonstrate configurations through prototype systems, and assist the client in testing.
• Assist the client in converting legacy data into the solution.
• Complete assigned tasks within the allocated budgeted time.
• Assist the integration consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between the solution and third-party/custom solutions.
• Understand and utilize the Implementation Methodology on all engagements.
• Ensure the client takes advantage of best practices.
• Identify opportunities to position other service offerings.
• Ensure the client is referenceable once in production.
• Participate in update training and events to share product skills with other consultants.
• Provide status reports to the Engagement Manager and keep them apprised of overall project status.

Requirements

• 6+ years implementing Enterprise Financial solutions (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, NetSuite, Microsoft, etc.) as either a consultant or customer.
• Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company.
• Functional expertise in at least one of the following areas: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Procurement, Asset Management, Projects, Consolidation.
• Professional Japanese and Advanced English skill.
• Passion for customer service.
• Validated project management experience.
• Functional experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities.
• Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training.
• Experience deploying multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
