About the Role
As a District Sales Manager, you are accountable for hiring and developing a team of sales professionals and growing the area.
Responsibilities
- Attract various levels of sales talent to the organization to build a team of successful individuals.
- Develop sales associates to increase their knowledge, experience, and earnings year after year.
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers in a designated territory to understand their business needs and identify areas of opportunity.
- Efficiently plan one week in advance to prioritize customer stops and territory growth.
- Meet or exceed sales quotas by following the company's proven sales programs and processes.
- Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities by inputting information into systems.
Requirements
- Execution of an Employment Agreement and/or revised Employment Agreement exhibits.
- 2-4 years of experience in hiring, training, and/or managing individuals and teams.
- Ability to travel to customer and associate locations within the assigned geographic area of responsibility, maintaining required insurance coverage minimums.
