About the Role
This role is responsible for the development, management, and execution of various conference elements related to exhibits and sponsorship, ensuring operational delivery and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead operational delivery of all exhibitor elements across multiple B2B conferences.
- Manage project timelines, floor plans, financial aspects (forecasting, budgeting, reconciliation), staff planning, and production schedules.
- Develop and improve exhibit floor plans to maximize revenue and engagement.
- Manage conference budgets, including costs for exhibitor fulfillment and delivery.
- Produce accurate monthly forecasts and manage expenses effectively.
- Serve as the onsite lead for exhibit delivery during conferences, managing production schedules, agency partners, vendors, and staff.
- Develop and maintain exhibit inventory for show floors, speaking sessions, and marketing opportunities.
- Analyze data to inform decisions on conference elements.
- Manage an online portal with logistical information for exhibitors.
- Respond to client requests with a service focus to drive exhibitor retention.
- Liaise with key conference partners and team members to ensure successful conference execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1-3 years of experience in Event Management, Experiential Marketing, Event Marketing, and/or Tradeshow Management.
- Proven event operational skills, including production schedules, budget management, and event staffing.
- Project management experience on detailed programs with multiple variables and dependencies.
- Proven experience in managing agency and vendor partners.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, particularly with senior-level professionals, cross-functional teams, and agency partners.
- Creative, innovative, and strategic thinking with strong attention to detail.
- Strong financial management skills.
- Motivated team player with a desire to learn and grow.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including excellent presentation skills.
