About the Role

The Product Sizing and Packaging (PSP) team is responsible for sizing infrastructures to meet Splunk Enterprise Cloud customer workload requirements. This role involves building and supporting internal and external applications to collect, analyze, and visualize data to deliver optimal architecture recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the improvement of modern, interactive UIs using React
• Create and oversee the development of features and APIs
• Build backend systems to convert subscription details into cloud infrastructure recommendations
• Simplify complex tasks into manageable steps
• Refine tools and processes to boost team productivity
• Engage in design discussions and code reviews
• Participate in an on-call rotation to resolve critical customer issues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years of experience, or Master’s degree with 4+ years of experience
• Proficiency in frontend and backend technologies
• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining microservices-based applications
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
