About the Role

Support a variety of marketing channels and initiatives, engaging with multiple facets of marketing including event planning, sales support, campaign execution, and content creation. This role offers diverse responsibilities in a collaborative, fast-paced in-house environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and refine marketing campaigns for product and brand initiatives.
  • Develop segment-specific collateral and targeted campaigns.
  • Coordinate and execute customer-facing events, trade shows, and internal employee gatherings.
  • Produce compelling copy for blogs, email campaigns, social media, and other marketing assets.
  • Use Canva or Adobe Creative Suite to craft marketing collateral.
  • Drive email marketing, manage web content, and execute paid social media strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with exposure to a range of disciplines.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects, with strong process orientation and the ability to define and coordinate goals, tasks, and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with marketing technologies across email automation, analytics, SEO, web platforms, creative tools, AI applications, and workflow management systems (e.g., Marketo, Google Analytics, SEMrush, WordPress, Adobe Creative Cloud, Midjourney, Asana).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders and presenting to senior leadership.
  • Exceptional writing and editing proficiency.
  • Experience sourcing and managing external vendors.
