About the Role

Our New York office is looking for a Business Immigration associate with extensive client contact and the opportunity to lead client teams. Interested candidates can broaden their practice with a premier immigration team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead several client teams in servicing significant clients.
  • Extensive client contact with a bluechip list of companies.

Requirements

  • Five to ten years of experience.
  • Prior experience with H-1Bs, L-1s, O-1s, TNs, E-3s, E-2s, I-140s (EB-1 and EB-2/3) and adjustment of status.
  • Experience in drafting PERMs is a plus.
