About the Role
The Executive Assistant is a trusted partner to the Office Director and Principal, providing strategic and administrative support in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role is central to keeping operations running smoothly, acting as a liaison across leadership, and ensuring priorities are executed with precision and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary partner to senior leadership, managing complex calendars, priorities, and day-to-day operations
- Coordinate meetings, travel, communications, and materials (presentations, reports, and correspondence)
- Act as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication
- Handle confidential information with discretion while proactively anticipating needs and solving problems
- Support special projects, outreach efforts, and executive initiatives with strong organization and follow-through
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years supporting senior executives in a high-level administrative role
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with strong judgment and attention to detail
- Flexibility and commitment to excellence, including availability outside standard business hours when needed
