About the Role
We are seeking a Security Employee / Loss Prevention Officer (m/f/d) for our Berlin Alexanderplatz store in full-time (40 hours per week).
Responsibilities
- Visible, friendly, and accessible presence at our entrance doors to protect customers, employees, and goods.
- Prevention of losses on the sales floor.
- Ensuring the security of our products in collaboration with our store team.
- Facilitating effective conflict resolution.
Requirements
- High self-motivation and resilience, as well as excellent communication skills.
- Ability to act calmly and professionally in challenging situations.
- Experience in a customer-oriented role, security role, security service, security, or training as a specialist for protection and security is helpful, but not absolutely necessary.
- Career changers are very welcome.
