About the Role
RSM is seeking a Systems Reporting and UI Developer to join their enterprise platforms team, primarily focusing on Workday. This role is crucial in shaping system reporting and user interfaces, offering opportunities to develop skills in Prism, Extend-Apps, Build-Agents, Reporting & Dashboards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver system reporting and UI outputs for Workday and other enterprise systems, including standard, custom, and advanced reporting.
- Apply design, development, and governance controls to reports, dashboards, data models, data definitions, and data logic.
- Ensure consistent, accurate, and auditable reporting outputs.
- Partner with SMEs and Leadership to translate business requirements into scalable, insightful outputs.
- Champion automation, standardization, and the adoption of best practices.
- Support system upgrades, regression testing, enhancements, and integrations from a systems reporting and UI perspective.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Workday reporting including Prism, Discovery Boards, and Dashboards.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptable to changing demands and priorities.
- Well-developed influencing skills with internal colleagues and partners.
