About the Role
As FS Administration Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of data and financial settlement reporting to downstream RGA stakeholders. You will liaise with RGA clients and stakeholders to ensure administrative requirements of treaties are met for Longevity swap and Mass lapse reinsurance products.
Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely administration of treaties in line with SOX requirements.
- Establish strong relationships with individuals and teams in Finance Valuation, Risk, and Treasury.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement by identifying automation opportunities and removing non-value-added procedures.
- Apply company administration standards and time service requirements to all business received.
- Ensure administration of all UK business adheres to RGA treaties.
- Provide administration data for input to accounting records, valuation systems, and regulatory returns for specific client responsibilities.
- Meet reporting month-end deadlines by ensuring timely and accurate data processing.
- Provide administration data to retrocession clients in a timely and accurate manner.
- Attend Client Audits/Assurance Reviews as required.
- Ensure administration processes and procedures are fully documented.
- Maintain professional and working relationships with clients.
- Provide support on internal Administration audits.
Requirements
- Intermediate Excel proficiency including data retrieval, management, analysis, and formatting functions.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Experience working with large data sets.
- Knowledge of pensions, including individual annuities, defined benefit schemes, GMP, and Revaluation.
- Previous pensions administration experience.
- Basic VBA/Macros knowledge.
- CII Qualifications (LF1) or equivalent work experience.
