Responsibilities
- Responsibility for continuous discovery to develop the service quickly and iteratively.
- Close collaboration within your multidisciplinary team.
- Empower your team to deliver successfully along the strategy through a clear vision and operational support.
- Application of suitable product management methods to enable data-driven decisions.
- Collaboration with diverse stakeholders, including constructive moderation of meetings with external project partners and confident ability to lead the team and stakeholders through complex work phases.
- Optional: Taking over and supporting project management activities such as budget controlling and reporting.
Requirements
- User-centric mindset and an insight-driven, hypothesis-based approach to product development.
- The ability to choose the right discovery methods, apply them confidently, and derive insights for product delivery.
- Clear, target-group-oriented communication – with openness to feedback and constructive exchange at eye level, as well as a structured way of working.
- A pragmatic 'can-do' mentality, with the courage to drive things forward flexibly and adaptively, as well as the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new and changing subject areas.
- Genuine interest in the administration as a target group and in the political and legal context. A legal background or a strong interest in legal issues is a great advantage for this position.
- German language skills at C1 level and fluent English (written and spoken).
- Availability to start immediately and support the project full-time.
