About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager to own Botify's search performance delivery, ensuring critical client content is accessible, fully rendered for bots, and indexed across discovery platforms, including AI search systems. This role drives website performance, visibility, and indexability, adapting to the evolution of search and optimizing for emerging AI-driven discovery systems.

Responsibilities

Define and articulate product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Conduct market, competitor, and user research to inform product decisions.
Collaborate with Product Marketing Managers and influence cross-functional teams.
Translate user needs and business requirements into prioritized product initiatives.
Create intuitive user experiences with Product Designers and Technical Writer.
Ensure scalable and robust solutions with Engineering.
Define key metrics, analyze product performance, and drive data-informed decisions.
Communicate product updates, progress, and insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

5+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of launching and scaling products.
Ability to engage with end-users in French and English (oral & written) and conduct user research.
Excellent teamwork, partnership, and collaborative skills.
Data-driven approach to product development.
Successful track record of managing projects from start to finish.
Ability to thrive in a variable and demanding startup environment.
Experience in technical SEO is a plus.
Strong passion for AI capabilities and their impact on search and automation in SaaS is a plus.
Fluent in French & English.
