About the Role

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will facilitate the hiring of talented and diverse colleagues who share company values and ambition. You will support and collaborate with store hiring managers on recruitment best practices, contributing to the success of recruitment KPIs. This role will oversee store recruitment in Japan.

Responsibilities

  • Guide hiring managers on recruitment best practices, offer recommendations, and provide insights.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for sales advisor roles, including organizing assessment centers.
  • Train and coach hiring managers on best practices for successful assessment centers.
  • Ensure timely adherence to Applicant Tracking System (ATS) routines.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition Partner with CV screening and interview organization for store management positions.
  • Follow up on KPIs to identify areas of strength and opportunity, and implement actions to improve time to fill and candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with H&M Group HR colleagues to stay informed on labor market insights, salary and benefits, and employee relations/legal requirements.

Requirements

  • Experience in volume hiring and working with recruitment KPIs.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize workload efficiently.
  • Result-oriented with strong attention to administrative details.
  • Proven ability to follow established processes.
  • Belief in a non-hierarchical culture of collaboration, transparency, safety, and trust.
  • Comfortable with giving feedback, providing inspiration, and motivating others.
  • Self-starter with a yes-we-can attitude.
  • Comfortable working with uncertainty or limited information.

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Working proficiency of English language skills, both verbal & written.
  • Working proficiency of Japanese language skills, both verbal & written.
  • Experience of supporting others to grow by giving constructive feedback.
  • Preferably experience in coaching and training store management teams.
