About the Role

The Global Advisory Council (GAC) is ServiceNow's strategic advisory engine for Marquee and strategic accounts, drawing on a council of former CEOs, C-suite executives and to help shape, accelerate, and protect the company's most important customer relationships. The program's remit spans three motions, Connect, Consult, and Champion, giving advisors a broad and flexible mandate across the portfolio. As a Senior GTM Engagement Lead, you will own the end-to-end delivery of advisor engagements across a defined portfolio of accounts, partnering directly with sales leaders, industry teams, and senior ServiceNow executives to translate advisor capability into commercial outcomes. You will be the person who joins the dots between account context, advisor capability, and commercial opportunity, unlocking the program's full potential one engagement at a time. This is a GTM role first. You will run engagements as programs of work, anchored in account strategy and measured against commercial impact, with the operational discipline to keep everything tracked, accurate, and on the move.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with account teams to identify where GAC advisors can unlock or accelerate strategic opportunities, then design the engagement to deliver against that goal across the Connect, Consult, and Champion motions.
  • Project manage advisor engagements end to end, including scoping, briefing, execution, follow-up, and impact capture.
  • Translate account context, including the customer's commercial position, transformation agenda, and stakeholder map, into a clear engagement brief that sets advisors up to add real value.
  • Work shoulder-to-shoulder with industry leads, sales, AEs, and global leadership so GAC activity lands inside the broader account plan rather than alongside it.
  • Act as the trusted operational partner to a portfolio of GAC advisors, briefing them ahead of engagements, supporting them in-session where appropriate, and closing out follow-ups afterwards.
  • Build the relationship infrastructure that lets advisors operate at their best, with clear context, calibrated asks, and sharp follow-through.
  • Capture and maintain all GAC activity, opportunity influence, and outcomes in the internal reporting suite.
  • Track engagement impact against the GAC scorecard (Generate, Accelerate, Close, Shape, Protect and Expand) and surface insights to the GAC HQ team.
  • Maintain advisor relationship data, executive introductions, and customer engagement records so the program's commercial contribution is always visible.
  • Run advisor calendars and customer-facing meeting logistics with precision, in partnership with the Head, Global Advisory Council.
  • Coordinate travel, briefings, location arrangements, and budgets for GAC engagements and flagship events.
  • Leverage AI tooling to compress operational overhead and free time for higher-value work.

Requirements

  • A GTM background. Account team experience, customer success, sales operations, engagement management, or similar. You understand how a deal moves and what good engagement looks like.
  • Strong project management instincts. You can hold multiple workstreams in your head, drive them to closure, and never drop the ball on the small things.
  • Commercial fluency. Comfortable with pipeline data, account context, opportunity stages, and the language of the sales floor.
  • Data discipline. A natural respect for accurate records, clean reporting, and the role data plays in showing impact and informing decisions.
  • Executive presence. You will brief and partner with senior leaders inside ServiceNow and former C-suite executives outside it. Calm, credible, prepared.
  • Operational range. The role spans strategy work and meticulous logistics. Both matter. You will be expected to do both well.
  • Resilience and judgement. The program moves fast and is occasionally ambiguous. Common sense, good humour, and a bias to action go a long way.
  • Ability to communicate in German or French advantageous

  • EMEA - Europe, Middle East and Africa
