About the Role
As a Direct Sales Executive, you will play a key role in our continued growth by speaking directly with new and existing customers, identifying opportunities and matching them with services that genuinely meet their needs. Responsibilities
- Turn customer conversations into growth opportunities by resolving actions quickly and professionally
- Maintain an accurate daily customer tracker, ensuring follow-up activity is completed consistently
- Follow agreed call plans and provide clear, accurate information about our products and services
- Represent our brand identity and values in every customer interaction
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with colleagues across the business
- Deliver a high-quality outbound telesales service to targeted potential customers and existing customers, helping them understand the value of our products and services
Requirements
- Experience in an outbound sales environment
- Proven ability to achieve or exceed targets
- Organised and able to prioritise workload to meet agreed deadlines and targets
- Confident identifying customer needs and delivering outstanding levels of customer satisfaction
- A proactive self-starter who takes ownership and consistently works to high standards
- Curious and keen to develop your knowledge of our products, services and customer needs
- Sales-focused, with the confidence to promote products and services that genuinely meet customer needs
- Must reside in the UK
- Provide internet speed at the application stage
- Subject to appropriate pre-employment vetting procedures and a satisfactory Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check prior to appointment
