About the Role
Build and run the internal operations that let Prior Labs make the most of being part of SAP while staying independent and fast. You will own the internal-operations side of our SAP relationship: shaping how the two companies work together and building the processes that make it real.
Responsibilities
- Partner with SAP on the operational side of joining a global company, understanding requirements, shaping adoption, and ensuring fit with Prior Labs' operations.
- Map operating needs onto SAP systems and build connecting processes to leverage SAP's scale while maintaining a fast-growing scale-up setup.
- Build and document internal operations across Finance, Compliance, HR, Legal, and Product Ops, designing workflows for Linear, Slack, and email.
- Translate SAP processes and requirements into clear internal guides and actionable steps.
- Automate repetitive operational work using AI tools to scale the Ops function without proportional headcount growth.
- Own cross-functional project management for the internal-operations side of the SAP relationship, including planning, tracking, and driving projects to completion.
Requirements
- Owned operational processes end-to-end at an early-stage company, building and running them directly.
- Shipped working, documented processes that were adopted by a team without extensive guidance.
- Experience working with a high-growth tech company, managing large-scale transformations (e.g., M&A) and shaping requirement integration.
- Ability to quickly grasp unfamiliar contexts and reason through them to clear decisions.
- Proactive use of AI tools for efficiency.
- Minimum of 5+ years in consulting, project management, big tech, or high-growth startup environments.

About the Company
- Foundation models transformed text and images. Structured data - the largest and most consequential data format in the world - stayed untouched. Tables run every clinical trial, every financial model, every scientific experiment, every business decision, and no one had built a foundation model that truly understood them. Until now. What LLMs did for language, we're doing for tables. The next modality shift in AI is happening, and we're hiring the team that makes it.
- Pioneered tabular foundation models and is now the world-leading organization in structured-data ML. Our TabPFN v2 model was published as a Nature cover story and set a new state of the art for tabular machine learning. Since release we've scaled model capabilities 20x+, passed 3.5M+ downloads and 7,500+ GitHub stars, and are seeing accelerating adoption across research and industry.
- Scaling tabular foundation models to millions of rows, thousands of features, real-time inference, and entirely new data modalities, while building the infrastructure to run them in production across some of the most demanding industries on earth.
- A small, highly selective team of 30+ engineers, researchers, and GTM specialists, with backgrounds spanning Google, Apple, Amazon, DeepMind, Meta, Microsoft Research, G-Research, Jane Street, Goldman Sachs, and CERN. Led by Frank Hutter, Noah Hollmann, and Sauraj Gambhir, and advised by world-leading AI researchers including Bernhard Schölkopf and Turing Award winner Yann LeCun.
- Raised €9m pre-seed in 2025 led by Balderton Capital, backed by leaders from Hugging Face, DeepMind, and Black Forest Labs.
- A small, ambitious team solving one of the hardest problems in AI, working closely with world-class researchers and builders.
- Moves fast, thinks rigorously, and takes the time to do things right.
- Building teams in Berlin, Freiburg, and New York, with a belief that being in the same room matters for this work. Frequent travel to offices and company offsites are part of the culture.
Equal Opportunity
- Welcome applications from people of all identities and walks of life, especially anyone who's ever felt discouraged by 'not checking every box.'
- Committed to creating a safe, inclusive environment and providing equal opportunities regardless of gender, sexual orientation, origin, disability, or any other trait that makes you who you are.
