About the Role

TYTAN Technologies is seeking a hands-on Events Manager to oversee trade show presence and event operations across Europe. This role requires a blend of strategic planning and practical execution, including managing logistics, setting up equipment, and problem-solving on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage trade show appearances, coordinating with stand builders, suppliers, and venues.
• Own large-scale event execution, including concept development, logistics, setup, and on-site management.
• Manage all company hardware assets, including product models, promotional materials, and inventory.
• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot technical equipment for smaller events.
• Organize smaller-format events such as receptions, dinners, and stakeholder meetings.

Requirements

• Fluent in German and English.
• Proven experience in trade show and event management, including exhibition registration processes.
• Comfortable with both strategic planning and physical, hands-on execution.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams independently.
• Willingness to travel across Europe for events (50% of time).
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience with inventory management and event logistics.
• Proactive ownership mindset.
• Must have a valid work permit; visa sponsorship is not offered.
