About the Role
We are seeking your collaboration in the therapeutic residential community "Haus Erlengrund" and the therapeutic individual living "Wohnverbund Tannenbergallee" in 14055 Berlin for individuals with chronic mental illnesses.
Responsibilities
- Support and promotion in daily life management, finding and maintaining a daily structure.
- Co-design of group activities.
- Support in job and employment search.
- Appropriate handling of illness, crises, and relapses.
- Creation of support plans and documentation.
- Coordination of all necessary personal services.
Requirements
- Completed training as a social worker or educator (m/f/d) or equivalent qualifications.
- Professional experience in dealing with people with mental illnesses is desirable.
- Curiosity about the life stories of our beneficiaries.
- Ability for self-organization.
- Willingness to work shifts between 6:00 AM and 9:30 PM, including weekends and holidays, considering individual wishes through a proposal plan.

Salary/Compensations
- Minimum €3,806.93 gross per month for full-time employment (EG 7), plus shift allowances.
