About the Role
As a Casual Commis Waiter or Waitress, you will support the restaurant team in delivering high-quality service to guests. You will assist with daily operations, ensuring tables are prepared, service runs smoothly, and guests feel welcomed and cared for in a fast-paced luxury environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and setup of tables and service areas
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally
- Clear and reset tables during and after service
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout service
- Respond to guest requests with care and attention
- Work closely with kitchen and front of house teams to support smooth service
- Uphold Four Seasons standards while developing skills and knowledge
