About the Role
Avi Medical aims to improve the patient experience and provide high-quality primary healthcare by combining technology with a human-centric approach. This role involves managing cross-functional HR projects, optimizing onboarding processes, and driving HR digitalization and automation.
Responsibilities
- Manage People projects from conception to implementation across multiple locations.
- Prepare decision papers, analyses, and presentations for the CPO and management.
- Translate strategic People goals into measurable actions while managing timelines and stakeholders.
- Design and optimize end-to-end onboarding processes for practice and headquarters staff.
- Develop onboarding materials, intranet content, and feedback loops.
- Identify and automate manual HR processes using digital tools.
- Build workflows to improve data quality, compliance, and operational speed.
- Maintain and improve HR tooling and manage system interfaces.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of professional experience in HR, People Operations, or consulting.
- Experience in a startup or scale-up environment is preferred.
- Structured and independent working style with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with leadership.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Basic knowledge of German labor law is an advantage.
