About the Role

We are seeking an inspiring Senior Delivery Lead to join our fast-growing team, focusing on empowering agile teams and delivering great digital products for diverse clients with innovative projects. You will coach clients, resolve complex problems, and enable highly skilled, cross-functional teams within a Lean/Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for project planning, data-based forecasting, reporting, and identifying/resolving project risks, impediments, or blockers.
• Responsible for end-to-end delivery quality, managing workflow, dependencies, and progress towards milestones with client counterparts.
• Enable continuous improvement and high-quality outcomes through Lean/Agile methodologies and by analyzing/improving the team system using metrics.
• Support programme delivery leadership on complex digital transformation projects.
• Facilitate sessions between stakeholders (internal and client), including stand-ups and retrospectives.
• Align teams by leading dependency mapping workshops and Scrum-of-Scrums.
• Collaborate with Product and Tech Leads to support backlog development and technical strategy implementation.
• Serve as the first point of escalation for conflicts with team members, client teams, and stakeholders.
• Coach and mentor others on team dynamics, Lean/Agile practices, project delivery, reporting, forecasting, and data-driven prioritization.
• Communicate confidently with stakeholders and client teams, aligning them to the delivery strategy and ensuring shared understanding of reporting and outcomes.
• Influence client counterparts to adopt Lean/Agile practices and improve ways of working.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients by collaborating to deliver business and user value.
• Contribute to account strategy and support the drafting of new contracts.
• Care for team members' careers and well-being, with potential for line management.
• Contribute to the Delivery discipline community by sharing knowledge, leading activities, and providing peer coaching.
• Champion Red Badger's ways of working: cross-functional teams, continuous value delivery, and building quality.
• Act as an ambassador for Red Badger, advocating for 'doing the right thing, doing the thing right'.

Requirements

• Delivered a range of digital products live to customers using Lean/Agile methodologies, including Kanban.
• Led and supported multidisciplinary teams including designers, testers, developers, and product managers.
• Proven track record of delivering multiple releases in complex environments across the complete digital product lifecycle.
• Experience picking up an existing project and maintaining process and delivery quality.
• Experience adapting delivery frameworks for new projects without being dogmatic.
• Managed and worked within budgets and time-pressured environments.
• Used delivery data to forecast key deliverables and communicate project status clearly with senior clients and stakeholders.
• Proactively spotted risks to delivery and helped teams mitigate them.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to the audience.
• Exceptional facilitation, diplomacy, and negotiation skills, with experience resolving conflicts.
• A love for end-to-end delivery and your team, with a desire to continuously learn and motivate others.
• Focus on business value and customer needs, articulating success criteria and measurement.
• Experience championing Lean/Agile ways of working both internally and externally.
• Ability to engage with technical peers on project outcomes without dictating implementation.
