About the Role

This role is responsible for ensuring data accuracy and completeness, designing frameworks for impact measurement, and collaborating with various teams to improve the customer journey. The work ultimately ensures that Financial Wellbeing services are evidence-based, customer-responsive, and demonstrate impact to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the accuracy and completeness of data.
• Designs frameworks for measuring impact.
• Collaborates with the Digital Manager to ensure robust data flows.
• Works with the Head of Customer Service to ensure feedback is practical, evidence-based, and actionable.
• Builds a joined-up view of the customer journey with colleagues across Housing and Pensions.
• Maintains appropriate GDPR and data management through data governance, working with the Director and Performance lead.
