About the Role

This role offers the opportunity to engage in highly impactful logistics work within a global environment, contributing to the delivery of medical devices to patients quickly and safely.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Import/Export customs clearance, delivery arrangements, and shipment instructions
  • Maintain and manage HS codes and product-related information
  • Oversee international transportation (air and ocean)
  • Perform invoice verification and reconciliation
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, and overseas offices

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customs-related operations
  • English communication skills (equivalent to EIKEN Grade 2 or TOEIC score of approximately 550–600 or higher)
  • Practical knowledge of international logistics (air/ocean freight, forwarder management, lead time control, cost management, etc.)
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate smoothly with internal and external stakeholders as well as overseas offices
  • Ability to structure business challenges, analyze root causes, and proactively propose and implement solutions
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and contribute to achieving organizational goals
