About the Role

As a Functional Consultant (E-commerce), you will redefine the value and experiences companies offer to their customers, building new revenue streams through e-commerce and sales channels in the digital age. You will support the strategy and realization of customer touchpoints and corporate transformation. This role involves supporting the entire process from planning and design to launch for all purchasing experiences, including online and in-app purchases, orders, payments, sign-ups, lotteries, and reservations, upgrading companies' sales and payment methods to the digital age's "new normal."

Responsibilities

Establish new sales channels for companies and contribute to business growth.
Aim for project management and account responsibility.
Plan commerce strategies for global sales expansion for global retailers.
Build new sales channels and DTC brands for manufacturing clients.

Requirements

Consulting experience (business reform/channel reform, etc.)
System planning or project management experience at an SIer (SEA, Commerce-related, etc.)
Sales or consulting experience at a technology vendor
E-commerce operation or construction experience
Business experience using English

Skills

Communication skills to drive projects involving clients and internal teams
Experience using English in a business setting (business-level English proficiency, TOEIC 750+, overseas assignment experience, etc.)
