About the Role

You will be involved in the design and development of services utilizing smartphones, tablets, and wearable devices. This includes product design, development, and continuous service delivery post-release. You will also coordinate specifications with client product owners and internal service/UI designers, conduct detailed design, select development standards and libraries, implement core components, and perform code reviews. Additionally, you will lead the team by continuously improving development processes such as KPT, daily meetings, branch strategies, and issue/pull request operations, as well as conducting technical research and verification for new technology adoption.

Responsibilities

Detailed design, selection of development standards/libraries, core implementation, and code reviews.
Team leadership and continuous improvement of development processes (KPT, daily meetings, branch strategy, issue/pull request operations).
Technical research and verification for new technology adoption.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of development experience in iOS/Android/KMP/Flutter (multiple platforms acceptable).
General knowledge of Swift/Kotlin/Dart.
Experience with architecture-based development and operations.
Knowledge of testing frameworks.
Knowledge of CI/CD environment construction.
Team lead experience in a project.
