About the Role
As an Account Manager, you will own and lead strategic member relationships, managing a complex book of business with a focus on member success, retention, and long-term account growth. You will provide high-level operational, consultative, and relationship leadership to ensure members maximize value from their partnership, driving renewals and expansion.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales, service, and member engagement strategies
- Lead and oversee the full member lifecycle, including high-impact member calls
- Serve as the primary owner of senior-level account management discussions
- Deliver exceptional service and proactive guidance to support renewals and sales
- Manage and prioritize inbound member requests
- Analyze and consolidate background information for member interactions
- Perform CRM data analysis to support account strategy and forecasting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date account and contact information in the CRM
- Act as a subject-matter expert on company offerings
- Mentor and model best practices in member engagement and goal attainment
Requirements
- University degree
- 3+ years of progressive experience in Account Management, Member Services, or Client Relationship Management
- Proven record of renewal and revenue growth
- Experience in IT research, advisory, or professional services industry preferred
- Demonstrated experience working collaboratively within cross-functional teams
