About the Role

We are looking for a Social Media Executive with relevant experience to drive social-first thinking for some of the most exciting brands in their respective markets, creating work that genuinely cuts through in culture. As a social-first agency, we believe the best ideas start with the platform and the audience. If you understand how brands show up in culture, can spot trends before they peak, and know how to turn social insight into standout creative, this role offers the opportunity to make a real impact.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead social-first strategies for our brands, ensuring content is platform-native, culturally relevant and creatively ambitious.
  • Identify opportunities for brands to participate authentically in culture, from trending moments to creator collaborations.
  • Develop innovative content ideas designed for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and emerging social channels.
  • Turn ideas into reality through scripting concepts, self-shooting content, editing quick short form videos and/or collaborating with the team to bring to life.
  • Champion a social-first mindset across the agency, sharing insight, trends and best practice with colleagues.
  • Stay closely connected to online culture, creators and the relevant categories, translating insight into impactful social content.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients on social media delivery and strategy.
  • Contribute to the day-to-day running of social channels for leading brands.
  • Build strong and trusted client relationships, confidently presenting ideas, strategies and results.
  • Support planning and delivery of monthly social content calendars and campaigns.
  • Manage creator, influencer and UGC partnerships where required.
  • Own project timelines and ensure social deliverables are planned, prioritised and delivered on schedule.
  • Manage multiple campaigns and content streams simultaneously while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
  • Work closely with internal teams to coordinate content production, approvals and publishing.
  • Upload, schedule and optimise content across platforms using agency tools and native publishing platforms.
  • Ensure social documentation, calendars and planning materials remain accurate and up to date.
  • Take a data-driven approach to social media performance, using insights to continuously improve strategy and creative output for your brands.
  • Monitor platform performance and key KPIs including engagement, reach, community growth and cultural impact.
  • Deliver regular reporting and performance analysis for internal teams and clients, including competitor and industry insights.
  • Use analytics tools to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimisation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing social media accounts within an agency or brand environment, including TikTok accounts.
  • Strong content creation skills: confidence and proficiency in filming and editing videos to bring your social ideas to life.
  • A strong understanding of social-first creative and platform behaviour, particularly across TikTok and Instagram.
  • Experience working with creator marketing and influencer partnerships.
  • Demonstrable success growing social channels and delivering strong engagement and audience growth.
  • Confidence managing multiple stakeholders and presenting work to clients.
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to bring energy and clarity to a team environment.
  • Excellent written communication and storytelling skills.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and impressive attention to detail.
  • Curiosity about culture, trends, creators and how brands can authentically participate in conversations online.
  • Hands-on experience managing brand channels across TikTok, Instagram and Meta platforms.
  • Understanding of social analytics and reporting, including experience with platforms such as Brandwatch, Emplifi or similar tools.
  • Experience delivering social-first content strategies and campaigns.
