About the Role

The Engagement tribe manages the core merchant-facing product surfaces for over 4 million business owners. This Staff-level individual contributor role focuses on the super app and web dashboard, driving product strategy, UX quality, and engineering leverage to ensure these tools are indispensable for small businesses globally.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end product experience of the super app and web dashboard
  • Raise the bar on UX quality, information architecture, and navigation
  • Identify and execute on activation, upsell, cross-sell, and retention opportunities
  • Maintain and evolve the company-wide design system
  • Manage internal stakeholders and oversee mobile and web platforms to improve delivery speed and developer experience
  • Define product strategy to make the super app and web dashboard essential tools for small businesses

Requirements

  • Proven track record as a Staff-level IC or equivalent
  • Experience leading multiple squads or workstreams simultaneously
  • Expertise in product discovery, prioritisation, and outcome-driven delivery
  • Ability to define metrics, interpret analysis, and use quantitative signals to inform decisions
  • Strong technical fluency across platform and infrastructure-adjacent topics
  • Strong visual and UX judgement
  • Experience leading customer research including discovery interviews and usability testing
  • Background in high-growth tech, fintech, or consumer app businesses
  • Understanding of the mobile app publishing ecosystem including App Store, Play Store, and release processes
