About the Role
As a UX/UI Designer, you will design intuitive, user-centered product experiences by collaborating with stakeholders and engineers to create clear user flows, interfaces, and interactions that solve complex problems for our users.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end user experiences and interfaces balancing user needs and business goals
- Translate requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs
- Simplify complex workflows and systems through strong problem-solving
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility
- Conduct or support user research, testing, and feedback sessions
- Contribute to and maintain the design system for product consistency
- Participate in design critiques and workshops
- Take ownership of product features from discovery through delivery
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in UI/UX design
- Strong portfolio of digital product work
- Ability to design clear, effective user flows and interfaces
- Experience designing for enterprise software or complex digital systems
- Solid understanding of UI/UX fundamentals, accessibility, and usability principles
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools like Figma
- Strong communication skills to explain design decisions
- Collaborative mindset for working with cross-functional teams
