About the Role
Culture Vitale is expanding its network of experts, facilitators, and creatives to lead immersive 'Sessions of Vitality' for companies and individuals. These experiences blend creativity, wellbeing, and personal/team development to create impactful and memorable sessions.
Responsibilities
- Lead engaging workshops, sessions, programs, and retreats.
- Propose services and set own rates.
- Utilize a premium professional listing on the Culture Vitale platform.
- Promote services as part of Culture Vitale sessions.
- Use a profile page to promote oneself.
- Connect with new clients and partners.
- Participate in networking events with peers.
- Be featured in cultural magazine/journal.
- Be presented to the Chamber of Work & Culture.
- Showcase profile, services, experience, and brochure on a premium online page.
Requirements
- Passionate facilitators with experience.
- Expertise in wellness, arts/artisanal, or coaching.
- Experience working with groups, teams/organizations, or individuals.
- Have the relevant legal right to work independently (freelancer, company etc.).
- Based in Europe (preferably EU).
- Fluent in local language (e.g., French, Polish, German).
- Conversational in English (100% fluency not essential).
- Comfortable working with groups/professionals.
- Reliable, creative, and excited to share craft with new audiences.
